Why are you not replying to my emails?
We respond to all emails as promptly as
possible. If you do not receive a reply within two
business days, you should assume that either we did
not receive your email or our replies are not

I have not received my registration code!
Do not panic. In many cases, there may be a processing delay. If you think the delay is too long, email us.
Lost Registration Code Policy
If you register and do not receive an e-mail from us with the registration code or if you reformatted your hard drive and cannot find your registration code,
simply e-mail us and we will send you the registration code.
Please include your 'order number' and as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order from the database.
