Support is very important to us since our customers are our best ambassadors. All our products come with lifetime free support. If you experience any trouble while using any of our products, we are happy to help you.

We respond to all emails as promptly as possible. If you do not receive a reply within two business days, you should assume that either we did not receive your email or our replies are not reaching you. Please contact us again mentioning that you did not receive a reply the first time and provide us with an alternative email address. Not receiving a reply on time can also be due to a wrong email address, misconfigured email client, diversion of our emails to the junk/bulk folder automatically by the email service provider, etc. Also, you can visit our discussion forums, make a post, come back later and view the reply.

I have not received my registration code! Isn't it about time ?
Do not panic. In many cases, there may be a processing delay. If you think the delay is too long, email us. 

Lost Registration Code Policy ?
If you register and do not receive an e-mail from us with the registration code or if you reformatted your hard drive and cannot find your registration code, simply e-mail us and we will send you the registration code. Please include your 'order number' and as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order from the database.
