Where'd Tweak Plus go???

I had version 2.2 I guess, and recently upgraded to 2.3. Now I cannot find Tweak Plus. Did it get taken out? I really liked it and want it back. Anyone know????

Tweak plus has been removed from the latest version. It's currently undergoing development.
