Actually I was mistaken. AU finds the dll file in the temp folder, but it will not delete it.
As Hari mentioned, the file in question must have been 'locked' by its parent application. Thats why it failed to be removed. You have to close the application first inorder to delete it.

Thanks for the info.
But can I get AU to ignore this dll file during file clean.
It refuses to ignore this file the same as those two keys in reg clean.
Add the entry you want to the ignore list. Then go to AU Options -> Junk File remover. Uncheck 'Do not use ignore list while scanning the Temp folder'. Save the preference. See how it goes.

I have solved the problem with the dll file in junk file clean.
In "options" I unchecked "do not use ignore list while scanning temp folder".
So apparently, adding this file to the ignore list did work in junk file clean.
I just needed to tell AU to use the ignore list while scanning temp folder.
As far as the two keys in reg cleaner go, they were referencing a jpg file that didn't exist. I simply created a jpg file and a folder that the two keys were referencing and presto, they no longer show up in reg clean.
Still don't know why ignore list isn't working on these two items in reg clean. This is probably a round about way of not getting them to show up in scan, but no big deal.
Thanks for all your help. It was informative and quick!!!!
AU is a great little product.

I see you beat me to the punch on the file clean ignore list problem.
Should have checked the forum before doing all that work.
Thanks again.
