for some unknown reason, i cannot exec the aceutil pgm....
dialog box says i may not have appropriate permission...
tried running as 'administrator' but got same result...
i have used this pgm for years?????
also receive same msg when trying to unistall....
thot i would uninstall and re-insatll, but cannot be done????

problem due to install of Avast software.....
uninstalled Avast and problem disappeared.....
