Wipe Recycle Bin

Hello,

I am seeing the following behavior and wanted to know if it is intended.

I can start and run multiple right click > Secure Erase processes but I cannot start a "Wipe Recycle Bin" action when a Secure Erase is in progress?

Is this intended functionality? It just seemed odd I could do multiple erases but couldn't do a wipe at the same time.

Also, and maybe this needs to be an enhancement request, it would be great if the Secure Erase dialog would remember last location.
