JUNK FILE SCAN ON NEW HARD DRIVE

I just installed a new external hard drive (E:\) and noticed when doing scans for Junk Files the following: when the scan screen appears, both drives show as being selectable, but when I de-select C: and only want to scan E:, both drives are scanned anyway. Shouldn't I be able to scan each drive individually or together in any combination?

Ace scans files in the 'temp' folder (located in the c: drive commonly) even if c drive is not selected. So you must be seeing the files in the temp folder. Other folders in C drive will not be scanned.
