Clean system registry, delete junk files, fix invalid shortcuts.

Test:
Clean system registry with use ignore list (unchecked)

First bug
Right click on any entry and check all.
Everything is checked, except first entry you right clicked on.
In my case, first entry.

Second bug
Uncheck all on entry which is not checked.
In my case first entry.
First entry is checked, and everything else is unchecked.

Third bug
Every entry is checked
Right click on any entry
Left click on desktop
Entry is unchecked

Fourth bug
Every emtry is unchecked
Right click on any entry
Left click on desktop
Entry is checked

There is probably more bugs than this combinations

For example there is find empty folders tool who doesnt have check all, and uncheck all bugs.
