Locked Temp files

Hi..
Ive noticed windows 7 64bit has temp files in C:\windows\temp that are locked with padlock icon on them and cannot be deleted.Ive also noticed that AU doesnt list these locked files when running junk cleaner.Are locked temp files purpously not shown by AU when junk clean scanning?.Some registry cleaners show these locked files but still cant clean them,so i wondered whether AU automatically doesnt show any locked temp files for the same reason (cant clean or delete them)?

Ace Utilities 'Remove Junk Files' tool does not show files which are in use/locked by Windows/some program. Even if we list it, we may not be able to delete them until the parent program releases those files. Please make sure that no program is running while scanning for junk files. You can also try putting the cleaning process in a schedule using 'Ace Utilities > Options > Scheduled Cleanup' and set it to run at user login.
