Buying the software

I bought the software Ace Utilities x64 by via PayPal.

I make the payment, but my order is marked as Unprocessed. Is just buyer's deception?

My Transaction ID in PayPal System is 9NA603002T806411E.

Please, explain me the situation with my order.
