This is thumb and icon cache, safe to delete, location path:
C:\Users\uzi69\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer thumb cache - (couple files) - (hidden system entry by default)
C:\Users\uzi69\AppData\Local - Icon cache - (one file) - (hidden system entry by default)
Realy it is SAFE to delete i do it every time, no problems for the system,for saving up the space.

There is an option to deal with explorer thumnbails cache db under 'Erase Your History' > 'Misc. Items'.

As far as the thumbnail cache goes, we call Windows' functionality to delete the thumbnails. You may need to reboot for it to work fully. Some files may get automatically recreated afterwards, but the file size will be minimum. We'll try to add 'iconcache' to the list. Tx.
