Clean install - windows 7 x86 ultimate, please fix, can not delete this entrys , even if run reg clean couple times in
a row,active x & com section checked.

Clean System Registry Thorought checked, but problem is also if normal scanning method is checked

Windows 'may' sometimes recreate some registry entries even if you delete it. We'll check it, tx.

Okay, we''ll check it. Meanwhile, you can also add these entries to the 'ignore-list'. Select the entries and then right-click > 'Highlighted Item(s)' > 'Exclude always (never find again)'.
