Registry Defragmenter & Compactor AND RegBak

Post by 212eta » Fri Jun 12, 2009 1:25 pm

Both
Registry Defragmenter & Compactor
and
RegBak
should be part of the future Ace Utilities versions.

Ace Utilities need to have these two (2) greatly useful Tools!

I hope that Developers listen to our inquires...

Registry Defragmenter & Compactor AND RegBak

What about RegBak?

It is a really useful Tool that Ace Utilities must have.

RegBak is a Freeware,
but Ace Utilities users should already have it
and not being forced to install it as a
Separate/Stand-Alone application.

Ace Utilities must have ALL the available Tools
even if some of these Tools are offered as a
Separate/Stand-Alone application.

Dear Sir/Ms,

I am also confused when viewing the Acelogix website, www.acelogix.com. Are all products bundled together? If not, which products if any are bundled? Should I download the freeware in addition to the payware? I did read each product description but I am such a novice that I still didn't know which software product to purchase. I know this question must annoy you, the forum representatives, but it is confusing for the novice.

I need you to educate me. I know so little about registry cleaners, registry optimizers, tuneup-pers, compactors, etc that I don't really know what type of product I need to fix my problems. If I did, you would already have my credit card number and my money. Instead, I am on your forum writing you for more information.

If I may, I have three suggests.

1) Supply the novice customer with a chart/matrix. List your products across the top row and features on the left most column. Then use dots to show which features are part of which product. At this point I, the novice, would have a structure to upon which to understand your software's features. You may already provide this information in the description of each product, but for the many of us who are spacial thinkers and not text thinkers, this really helps us.

2) Then describe, in a manner a novice can understand, what each feature listed above does AND how it is different from the other features.

3) Finally, it would also help if the web page was split into two panels. The left panel would contain the chart described above in suggestion one. The right panel would contain the descriptions described above in suggestion two. Again, this helps the novice understand the features on the right while he/she still has the structure on the left.

I realize this may seem like a duplication of existing information already presented else where, but it would alleviate the frustration of customers you are courting to buy your product. This would show a congruence between your website and CNet's review which indicates your product's interface is easily used by a novice.

Remember, had I already understood this information you would already have my money.

Respectfully,
Tim C

Each product stated in 'Products' page, whether it's trialware or freeware, is a standalone application. If you're looking for a collection of maintenance tools for your Windows PC, then Ace Utilities is what you need. Please follow the download link from the home page.
