You could send it to Acelogix Support email (support @ acelogix.com). 'Support' page is not meant for attaching files.
I send you ScreenShot and AcePref5.0.0 from my email in Russia. It seems to me, Google has some problems today.

Kind time of the day!
1)I want to say several words about "Erase Your History".
Opera 10-Ace Utilities v.5.0.0 don't erase history at all.
IE8 -some cookies I can delete only with "Wizard", not from Cookie Manager.
2)I can't understand the reason, but sometimes, when I run 'Clean System Registry', CPU=100%.

Hi,
* Opera 10 store path is different from previous versions, hence the issue. It'll be addressed in up-coming version.
* Didn't see any issue with cookie manager, will continue checking.
* Scanning is both processor and disk intensive process. If you are on a multi-core processor, it's normal to see one or two cores run at 90% or up during scanning. A 'typical' total load may come around 50-60%.

* With Opera 10, only the URL history is not being cleared. It will be fixed in the next update.
