Hi. I recently built a new computer (MY first one ) and I am trying to install Ace Utilities on it. My old registration key doesn't work however so I am requesting a new one. Also The old Ace Utilities was for Windows XP and I now have Vista.
Weird. Why does it say I only have 1 post when I've posted numerous times in this forum. Anyways if you need the email address I used to sign up with message me and I'll give it to you.

Please send an email stating the same to Acelogix Support - support (at) acelogix.com
Regarding the discrepency in the post count, we had a database issue a long time ago and that irreversibly messed up certain details for many users.

I emailed and got a reply which stated I needed to send my name and keycode. I sent the original keycode I recieved with the software (I believe after which I needed to install the software again after a hard drive failure. I never copied down that keycode) and have not recieved a reply in about a week. My email address is WaxItYourself (at) hotmail.com

Support desk told me that they had emailed the key to you. Do check your bulk/spam folder. Afterwards, could you please send another email to Acelogix Support with your name, email address, order-id and a brief message about your need/requirement? Thank you.

I finally got the key and it wasn't in my spam or bulk email folder. I'm at a loss to understand why I never recieved the previous ones.
