Problem with erasing of history

Hello. Why AU 4.2.0 cannot delete history of Opera 9.5 and Firefox 3.0.1 ?

Cannot say about AU since I use STU, but have you downloaded the latest "silent" update? STU works like a charm.

The recent minor update "MAY" not show up when you try to update the program via "Check for Updates". A few issues related to Firefox 3 were addressed in this minor update.

That's odd. We fixed the 'History deletion' issue for Firefox 3 with the recent update. We just checked the tool with Opera 9.5.1. It's working as expected. Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of Ace Utilities. Don't use the "Check for Updates" option from the Ace Utilities interface this time as this minor update may not be visible via that method. Download directly from the Acelogix Software website's 'download' page. Also, make sure that Firefox and/or Opera is not running the background while you attempt to run the "Erase History" tool.

Thanks, now AU clears Firefox's history. But it doesn't delete history of Opera 9.52 because I've checked the folder C:\documents and settings\admin\local settings\application data\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4 - its size doesn't decrease. May be the programme cannot find this folder ?

Now ,AU erase history of Opera 8.54 (the cache folder is C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4 ).

Hello. There is Opera 9.63 (latest version) installed. The problem is that the location of the "profile" folder (and cache subfolder in it) is C:\Program Files\Opera\profile and the programme tries to find this cache in C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Application Data\Opera\...This can be seen from screenshot.
