License problem

I ordered the Ace Utilities software on 110618, and for some reason, it is now telling me to buy a new license. I thought the license is good for 2 years? My order # is (can be sent in if needed). Can you please assist me on this matter. thank you

There is no need to renew. Please send an email to support@acelogix.com with original order ID or with original email ID.
