Hi,
I normally use Eraser to make this job, but I want to know if you think that new improvements of Ace Utilities, make it better than Eraser, because I don't want to have redundant software on my system?

I wouldnt say AU is better than eraser at wiping deleted data as they both use the same methods.I find using AU much more convienient though ,having many applications in the the one programe and easily configuarable. So i guess if you use AU then eraser (and other programes) might become redundant. One point to mention though is i believe with eraser that you can schedule the "wipe deleted file data" or free space function?, whereas Au doesnt seem to have that (probably for safety reasons),though junk file ,index.dat files, reg cleaning etc can be automated.
