To get a screenshot try this:
Hit the PRINT SCREEN KEY(prt scrn)..
This will put a screenshot of the entire screen in the Clipboard..
Open the MS PAINT program-or any graphics program which will show a bitmap- and PASTE(ctrl+V) the capture residing in your Clipboard..
Now you can see it in the PAINT(or other graphics) program and can save it as a JPEG or whatever the program will allow/convert the bitmap into..
Using ALT+PRINTSCREEN will capture ONLY the Active Window -rather than the entire screen..
I like to make a folder called "eg)"Screenshots" to save these into...
Of course there are many free and shareware programs which allow screenshots-Like Irfanview etc...
But you have what you need in windows with a little effort getting to know how to use the capability..
