WAHHHH!!! can somebody help me...
WAHHHH!!! can somebody help me...
my norton ativirus's auto protect cant be turned on any more... as if the enable button is not working... and email scaning is now denied... i didn't do anything... is this the work of a malicious script? how can i fix it? please email me... really need your help... yawalulut@yahoo.com

As Cal says re-installing the Nortons software will probably fix your problem..If this occurred immediatly after using Ace Utilities to clean-up;Then Use the Ace Restore function to restore all backups..Re-start the machine..
If you can start up the Nortons AV and parts of it work-other than the Auto-protect- Then try to run the "LIve Update" for the Nortons..
As well I don't have particulars ,right now, but I have read that there have been some malicious hack attempts against Nortons,Symantic and other major software suppliers...It might be a good idea to check the Nortons site for info if all else fails..
