xp64 version of Ace Utilities
I'm also looking forward to the release of the 64bit compatible version of ace utilities - I have been a user for around 3 years now and remain impressed - here's hoping ......
64 bit testing is in progress. We've been experiencing some technical issues with the PC in which Windows XP 64 and Longhorn beta were installed. This caused the delay. The status of the 64 bit version will be announced asap.
I would like to thank you all for your patience and the support you have given us.

not again
Yah I agree. They should just get something done in 4 months. I know programming can be hard sometimes, cause I have written a few programs. But 4 months, that is way to long for notihing to come out. I am just saying. lol. So can you give us a ETA on the development on AU 64 bit
O yes, can you just make the current version of au work under windows xp 64, cause it has a .x86 emulator. That should work, as long as your software alows the installaton to go through. What I am saying is the 2.4.2.4003 version works on my windows xp 64. So can't the current version work, too.
Thanks

We are, clearly. For how long exactly? 3 months, 6 months, a year? Its very clear if we are to believe you that you are working the issues and problems arising from its development.
I don't think its unrealistic to ask for a roadmap however after these delays?
Will it be ready by say Q3 of 2006 or earlier ? Work in fiscal quarters for example and then those of us with budgets and planning will be able to plan around your schedule.
This particular issue has been ongoing. If it's time to move to Registry Mechanic or some other application that works with x64 just let us all know. We'd rather know where we stand than be told "thanks for your patience" time and time again.
Even patience has its limits ya know!
