Ace Crash before end of trial period

Post by DD » Fri Feb 20, 2004 7:18 am

Hello,
I was having a great time and loving the demo Ace Utilities, (Good Stuff). How ever Trying to get the Ace to load now I keep getting a "General extraction error Location IMP1"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program a few times with no result

Win 2000 / on a IBM Thinkpad

Thanks for the help

Hi DD

How long had you been using the app before this occurred? And by the way, once you get an error like that in the "Trial period" uninstalling and reinstalling won't help.

Also, its obvious that you liked Ace Utility's functions and benefits up until the point of it's not loading anymore. So, why not purchase it you'll never have to pay anymore! Because after purchasing ALL upgrades are FREE!

Cal

hi,

please download the file

http://www.acelogix.com/downloads/au_debug.zip

Now extract it to a folder and run au.exe. It will create a new file in that folder. Send it to me or post its contents here.

Note, this is for testing only dont perform any cleaning with it.
