Registry Cleaner

Is there any possiibility that the reg cleaner would remove any files that would effect the uninstall process of Visual Studio 2005? I receive msgs. saying that the "install order cannot be validated".

We use VS2005 ourselves, and could not see any problems.
Please try the reinstall/repair option and then uninstalling.
