AceUtils deletes these two registry entries for no reason

Hi, Ace Utilities 5.2.4 (and earlier versions) seems to always delete this key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\AppDataLow) during registry cleanup on my Win7 SP 1 32-bit. But that registry key always comes back as it must be used by either the OS or some sort of software. So I have it added to my registry cleanup exclude list. Is there a reason why Ace Utils always deletes this registry key?

PS - while I'm at it, it always deletes (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Nullsoft\Nullsoft) registry entry also. It is an entry that the very popular Winamp media player makes (Nullsoft is the maker of Winamp). It always comes back as soon as I use Winamp then AceUtils will delete it again during a scan again. So I have to have this entry also in the exclude list.

Guess what I'm asking is that AceUtils to please stop always deleting the above two registry entries during registry and wizard scans.

Thanks, ANdy

When a key/entry is listed, 'Clean Systen Registry' lists the reason why it was added to the 'delete' list. Please check the 'list column' named 'Reason'.

Hi, thanks for your response. But apparently the reason the entries get deleted are bogus since the registry entries always come back, right? So it really doesn't matter what it says, the point is that they shouldn't be deleted in the first place....

Bump. Will this get fixed in any new version?

It does not really need a fix. You only need to add these entries to the ignore list 'once'. That's it. Nonetheless, we'll take your suggestion under advisement.
