had 32-bit. then ugraded my computer to windows 7 64-bit. i upgraded my License but deleted my email after i entered my code. due to a virus i was forced to format and reinstall windows 7. i emailed ace but they keep telling to upgrade form 32-bit. i tried to pay the $29.99 through paypal but it never went through

my computer has been lagging badly due tlo me unable to clean.
