Startup guard is abandonware?

Hello!

I tried the free Startup Guard.
My questions:

1. The downloadable version is more than two years or. Startup guard is a developed project-or abandonware?

2. The program can monitor the x64 based programs, too? Or only the x86?

Startup Guard is not longer under development, or atleast at this point in time. It does not support x64 Windows. :-\
