ACE Utilities 64 bit Upgrade: Help me too!

I have used Ace Utilities for many years. Recently I upgraded to Windows 7, 64 bit. I contacted Acelogic and was a little surprised to learn that I will have to purchase a new license, but I am happy with the product and so I decided to purchase the upgrade. I received the link to upgrade to the 64 bit version of Ace Utilities. I entered my information and credit card number on the regsoft.com web site. But I never received a conformation email from regsoft and I never received the registration code from Acelogic. I called Regsoft. They seemed confused but said they would re-send my confirmation email and that my order did go through. I never got it. And my spam filter is not the problem.
Also, I emailed Acelogic 3 times with no answer yet.
What gives with this?

We're sorry to hear about your not-so-pleasant experience with online order process. It 'seems' that there's an issue with Ace Utilities 64-bit order link with Regsoft. Can you please send an email to support @ acelogix.com, if you've not done that already? They will send you the steps to complete your ordering process. I kindly request you to bear wth us while we sort this out. Regarding the license, ever since the launch of Ace Utilities 64-bit version a few years ago, existing 32-bit licensed users were required to, if needed, purchase the 64-bit license separately, though at 50% discount. It seems that you did not know about this. :-\

Thanks! I finally got my registration key. I guess there was a problem with a server. They probably forgot to use Ace Utilities! :D
