Paid them, sent emails but still no code after 48 hours???

On May 06, 09 I have sent the following message:
"I have ordered Ace Utilities an hour ago and still did not receive the
registration code.
This is NOT a wrong email : denispepin@rogers.com and I do not have a
misconfigured e-mails client as this email address has been used several
thousand times over many years without a single problem.
Product ID: -removed by Admin-
Tracking Number order: -removed by Admin-

This was Acelogix response on May 07:
"Hi,
We have resent the code, you will receive the registration code email in a
few minutes.
If you don't receive the registration code email even after several hours
from receiving this email, please let me know. (Please check your junk
email folder before emailing us).
Note : Copy and paste the registration name and key exactly as given in the
order email, rather than typing it.

This was my response a few hours later:
"Hello,
I did not receive the code? How can you send me this email without the code?????
I did PAY for this!!
Can I please have the code?
Note : Copy and paste the registration key to your reply, rather then relying on somebody or something else.

I proved to Acelogix tha my email address is functional by reading their response, sending it back to them and by displaying it in this forum. Therefore, the reason why you cannot send my registration code to me is beyond comprehension.
I did send more emails but still no code. I did pay for this.
If I am not receiving the code, to make your software work, by the end of this day, my next step is to copy the content of this message, to uTube, Cnet.com on my website at usefulimage.com and as many places I can find within this internet universe. As well as taking action with Paypal to get my money back. If you delete this message before I get a working code, my next step will be immediatly implemented.
