I'm trialling this program and have noticed that over on Wilders, and elsewhere, the author and others are clearly sensitive to problems that can be caused to the software through the use of registry cleaners.
Do we know if there is any likely conflict with STU or AU? Or is this a problem with more aggressive tools?

At this time, there are no 'serious' conflicts to using Ace Utilities or System Tuneup, at least for Windows upto Vista. If a registry problem do come into picture, say, while using the beta versions, 99.9% of the time it can be fixed easily without any hassle.
