Epson Printer

Somehow Registry clean causes probelms with the following startup item. It loads OK until I perform a clean but, for the life of me, I cannot find the registry entry in the list before I press delete. Any assistance please?

EPSON Stylus Photo R2880
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\E_FATICXE.EXE /FU "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\E_S11C.tmp" /EF "HKCU"
SEIKO EPSON CORPORATION
Enabled

All entries removed from the Registry while running 'Clean System Registry' tool are kept as double-click-able 'reg' file. The default backup location is Ace Utilities Backups folder inside your 'Documents' directory. Go to that folder, and find out the backup file created during the session when you did the deletion, double-click it and proceed according to the message box displayed. The backup files are named based one the date and time of its creation.

If you want 'Clean System Registry' tool to ignore this entry from subsequent scans, right-click on this entry and choose Highlighted Item(s) > Exclude Always (Never find again)

Many thanks but the problem is that I cannot tell which item in the list refers to this particular startup item. I have gone through every item on the list (before pressing delete) and cannot identify it.

After scanning, right-click in the list and select 'Report' option to save the entries into a text file. Attach it in your next post and we'll take a look.

What is the best way to connect my printer wirelessly? I have a netopia router for my wireless network. My printer is a Brother 9420cn multi function. I am seeking the most cost effective way to connect this printer wirelessly with my laptop. Now I am using the USB cable. What will I need to go wireless with my printer also?

I has a similar problem with my Epson printer. It seem to be the temp file E_S11C.tmp for your case. The tool that could be causing the delete is "Remove Junk Files". See my post "Ignore List Editor for the C:\Windows\Temp folder" in Troubleshoot Problems topic (http://www.acelogix.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3456).
