I downloaded your trial version to try out your uninstall manager feature. I was hoping that it will have a feature showing windows explorer as a lot of other uninstall software out there do not fully erase all the folders in windows explorer.
I am using Windows XP and when I uninstall a program using your uninstall manager feature, I noticed that it did not fully erase a folder in windows explorer. Maybe you might consider adding a windows explorer feature in your uninstall manager.

I don't think any uninstall will (should?) get rid of user files that may exist in the applications directory, and if there are files there, the folder will not remove. Explorer is just a reflection of what is on your PC, there is nothing really for the uninstaller to do explicitly with it.
