It's always good to come to the Ace Forum and read the postings..
A great Utility ,like
ACE UTILITIES,
["The best system maintainence utility in the World and certainly the Pride of the Sub-Continent]
is a valuable tool in advancing computer usage by the masses..
I hope there is some way this great product can be kept
"Free for personal use"..
At present it is the only way I could enjoy Ace Utilities..While this approach may not maximize profits ,for the developers,it may allow some inclusion and possible positive input of ideas into this "Cybernated World" we live in today and this by a modest or financially challenged individual..
Perhaps in some impoverished outpost of the earth is the next great idea for helping mankind...
I suppose if technology was able to save us from ourselves it would have done so so-long ago.
I don't know why but in my experience with Ace Utilities and the people who make it possible I feel there is more than profits in the bottom line of things..The respect for all knows no border..
Hey Hari! I will now bother you again with this small idea for the Ace GUI..
When Ace completes its run;The Restart box appears..Each time ,before I push the "YES" (to restart) I drag the box down and look at the results,hidden under the box...
Now I have an idea of what ACE has just done for me..Now I don't need to be sold on ACE(I already am) this gives me an idea of which entries have been cleaned/removed.....
For "normal" users(not us ones who are obsessed with system maintainence like you and me) seeing these numbers of the results might be reassurring that ACE is doing its job....
So after all this I am only suggesting to move that darned (yes/no for restart) box out of the way a little so it is easier to see the results..
This would be very good advertising for ACE UTILITIES
