Hello,
I'm a longtime user of System Tuneup and have it updated to the most recent version...but that is quite old now. I see that Ace Utilities is more frequently (and more recently) updated. Is System Tuneup no longer being supported? If so, will my activation key work for Ace Utiliies (the site says that the activation key works in the other direction...is it reciprocal?). If not, when will there be an update for System Tuneup?

Agreed, System TuneUp update has been on the slow side for some time. It's still supported. System TuneUp key is compatible with Ace Utilities.

I sent you a message using the site's contact utility, but haven't heard back from you. I appreciate that the system tuneup update is taking longer than expected and would like to install and use ace utilities in the meantime. The problem is, I no longer have my registration key and I can't find the email with my order number. I am a registered customer however under my email address and name. Please advise.

The registration code sent to me doesn't work as it was for the 64 bit version and I am running 32 bit Vista. Can you send the correct code to me?
