The folllowing behaviour has been ocurring with the last versions of AU, including the last beta 5.4.0:
After restarting the system because Registry Compactor was used, all desktop icons appear in an order in the left of the desktop in spite of the previous order made by the user. For example, the user arranges icons to the right, but after use Registry Compactor, that icons do not keep its position. It would be possible to mantain the positions of all icons in the desktop after running Registry Compactor?
(this issue is applicable to Win 7 32 or 64 bit, it does not occur on Win XP).
