Ace Utilities 64 bit UpGrade HELP!
Thanks for your help. I received the link to purchase the AU 64 bit upgrade, but have not yet been able to get pass the "purchase process".
TWO times I've filled out the forms and submitted my order and both times it's been denied.
Acelogix has written that I am not filling out the order from correctly or that my credit card number does not match my address or that I've canceled the order myself.
I've lived at the same address for 26 years and have had the same credit card since 1992 and I have A LOT of experience filling in blanks and ordering stuff online.
Can someone here please help me?

I've sent off eleven (11) eMails for the two orders. I have copies of my email and six total from sales and support.
The project started nicely with a letter from HariKrishman providing me with a link to order 64 bit. After the confirmation of my order, things hit a snag and I was informed RegSoft have to "investigate the order further.
That "investigation" resulted in my order, "cancelled at your request" or "billing address" not matching and I was told that I should place a new order.
Well, since I did not cancel, I figured I messed up something on the order so I tried again. Meticulously checking the order.
The next order (2nd time) was again, cancelled 'cause either I messed up or cancelled the order, both of which I'm now pretty sure did not happen.
Anyway, why not just tell me what's wrong so I can correct the error instead of cancelling the whole order?
Something is strange here. Please, tell me what you need to help me fix the situation.

If you have trouble with Regsoft, we can provide you order link from a different processing site. I'll request the Support section to create such a new link for you and email you the details. It may take upto 24 hours from now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just to say. I can create a new link by putting in my name and registration code into the downloaded 64 bit version of Ace Utilities and get the "error" message asking me to request a link to the super special 50% discount order form.
Did that twice.
I received a email yesterday from RegSoft SALES saying they can not help and that I should contact the vendor at support@acelogix or my email address.
Yes, pretty strange that they would print my email address and suggest I send an eMail to me.
See what I'm saying here? Something is pretty weird. I think we stumbled on an error of some type.

i am having almost the same problem i gotten nothing from regsoft i contract ace support and they said that i was decline and to try again so i did try again and a hour past and never herd anything so i written to support again because the same thing is happening again i am hearing nothing from regsoft i have never had a problem buying software ever so this puzzles me too one question they do ask is what your bank name on your card is so i put what the bank name saids on the card that i though was weird never had to put that in for a purchase well have to go to work now i be checking email and the forums when i get home and hopefully i have some help thanks mrgigabyte
