Is my 32 bit Systune licence (that works for 32 bit Utilities) good for the 64 bit Utilities? (I cannot get it to work)

No, 32-bit version key won't work with 64-bit version. Please send email to Acelogix Software Support (support {at} acelogix.com) for further assistance.
