"Backup the whole registry daily before deleting errors

I am trying System TuneUp 1.1.0.419.

Why the function "Backup the whole registry daily before deleting errors" (activated) do not work on Windows XP SP2?
I have verified this in two computers with that operative system.

However, on Windows Vista Home Basic (in other computer) it worked because in Menu/Restore-Undo tool appeared the respective backup element.
