Deletion of Shortcuts

Hi Hari
I'm just playing around with the new Beta 2.4.1 and noticed that shortcuts ALWAYS delete to the recycle bin, (can't be permanently deleted like files) it may have been that way in all past versions,but this is the first time I have noticed it. Is it supposed to do that even if "delete permanently" is checked,or is that just for files?
By the way,nice job on the option to scan "shortcuts to floppys",problem solved!

yep, it deletes to the bin. For now, you have to empty your bin after cleaning.

Glad to know the new option worked.

In Ace"Protect" button/Wipe d eleted file data...Then wipe your Recycle bin..
All Gone Bye-Bye.....

When you get a chance, having the "delete permanently" option for shortcuts to make it consistent with junk files would be a nice touch.
