Windows Server 2000 - 32 Bit

Would anyone happen to know if the Secure Delete Feature would be safe for use on a server running Windows 2000 Server - 32 Bit? Would the current version of AU work fine or should I obtain an older version. Thanks in advance for any help or advice with this.
