Cannot delete hcdata

I receive the following message when ACE is trying to delete: cannot delete hcdata:Access is denied,the source file may be in use. File reference is:C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\

I believe that's a system folder and thats why Windows won't let it be deleted.

Hi,
HELPCTR folder is associated Windows ME/XP Help and support Center.
I suppose the file you mentioned was "HCData.edb" (Windows XP). You might have tried to delete the file while the Windows Help system was running resulting in 'access violation' in Windows XP. Close all instances of Windows Help and then do the deletion.
In Windows ME, its "HCData.mdb" and it seems the file can be deleted while Help is running.
By the way, Ace Utilities Junk don't scan for '.edb' or '.mdb' files by default
Also, deleteing HELPCTR folder as such is a bad idea and you wont be able to view the Windows Help.
