Panda Anit Viruses

Have there been any problems with ACE and Panda Anti Viruses program.It seems everytime I run Ace it removes something in Panda and Panda has to replace it.

Can you explain a bit more ? With which section are you experiencing the problem ? Junk File Cleaner/Registry Cleaner/Erase History ?

When I run ACE wizard.My protection level on Panda goes from high to low and ask to reinstall the communication library (LSP).reinstall the library and it ok.I am not sure what going wrong.

It is due to the Registry Cleaner removing one entry related to Panda AntiVirus Software from the Windows Registry.
This time, do not use the Wizard at first. Instead start the "Clean System Registry". Start the scan. After finishing the scan, look for the entry with the following details in the list under the heading "Obsolete Software" :
Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SubKey: Software\Winsock2
Entry/Name: Winsock2
Data: {KEY}
Right-Click on this entry->"Highlighted Item(s)"->"Exclude Always (Never find again)".
Done.
After that, you can use the Wizard as usual. Let us know if the problem got fixed.
