duplicate files

after doing a specific search for duplicate files - the program shuts itself off without displaying the results ---

i am running XP pro

how do i make duplicate files work?

Dear wfc,

I just tried to simulate your scenario - Custom extension, Same size option enabled, CRC check enabled, less than 1 MB bypass disabled. After scanning, the duplicate files were displayed without any errors.

Can you please explain more about the problem that you are having ?
