hi,

I guess you have not entered the registration code yet. Please mail me from the support page, I will send a key that will remove the clock error.

Hello
22c*****e and K*****N
Could you put the precise error message in here ..
It is most likely Haris' new key will fix it if this is a problem he is aware of..
But Sometimes clockerrors are caused by a CMOS battery getting weak..

I tend to agree with Jazz. How old is your PC because normally after four or five years this will occur.

i just tried another clean install and this is the message i got:
---
Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program again. If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code 0,2299,1935).

How about checking the "Time Zone" by double-clicking on the time and make sure that it shows (US and Canada) settings.

Otherwise, you'll have to contact the author here: http://www.acelogix.com/support.html and include the error message you got.

I guess it is just a coincidence that there are comments here about the computer clocks. I say that because I was about to post a message in reference to the fact that for some reason, since I have been using Ace my clock is keeping PERFECT TIME ALL THE TIME. This clock has been off usually by a few minutes and unless re-set, would continually get worse. I have NO idea why it works this way with Ace installed, but I'm not complaining either! When I say perfect ,lets just say that when the clock on the nearby VCR changes, the computer clock also changes, but keep in mind that the VCR clock is controlled by the local cable co. NOT ME. In addition BOTH the VCR and computer clocks are in perfect alignment with the WWV time signal coming from the National Bureau of Standards which uses an atomic clock. The battery in the computer is over 3 years old so it is not a factor.
