I have ace on my main PC and works fine, however on my secondary PC it will not accept the code/Key
on the trial version. I type it in and also tried cut and paste but will not accept.

On my main PC I have Vista 64 and on my secondary PC XP. My understanding is that I can
use the software on more than one PC, correct?

I want to give my 2ND PC away to a friend but want to permanently delete some personal
info. on hard drive and on web browser info.

I sent an email to support thinking it might take a day or two to respond, however got
lightning fast respond in less than an hour, support solve my problem.
