Recycle bin context menu trouble

Just wondering if this is a bug or my own ignorance. I have Ace Utilities installed on 2 computers. Both run Win XP. I read about and installed System Tune Up on both of them to try out the new user interface. I then uninstalled Ace Utilities in favor of the new interface only to find out that when I right clicked the recycle bin to access the wipe recycle bin I had two entries there. One that would open System Tune Up and the other would bring up an error finding program message. To make a long story short: to repair I had to re-install Ace Utilities and then go to the options under: Erase--and untick the options under Explorer and Recycle Bin context menu. After that I uninstalled Ace Utilities and all was fixed! I have no problems with the program and have now re-installed Ace Utilities because of the fact I can access the Registry Compactor there, unlike the System Tune Up program. Funny thing was I had to do the same thing as described above to get System Tune Up's "wipe recycle bin" out of the recycle bin's context menu. Just thought I would share this info with you!
Thanks for such a valuable program! :D
Sincerely,
Bruce

Thank you for letting us know about the issue you encountered. Ace Utilities and System Tuneup both share similar features and that should be the reason why this particular problem happened to you. We'll look into it.

Hello Hari ET.AL
Long time no see..
Ace is still the best system mgt /cleanup program around the world..I havent bee around sibce I dont use a more modern 64/quad machine..

Maybe the Recycle bin problems could be related to a third party Recycle bin tool or "Delete recovery software..?
Take care
