clean system registry breaks Autocad

Whenever I run the clean registry, and then run autocad, it comes up with a registry error. I'm not sure which entry to take off before completing the registry clean to stop the errors. I tried searching in the forum for anything about this but had no luck.

Entries involving term 'AutoCad' is automatically ignored by Registry Cleaner.

Please send the undo file created just before the problem at hand started, to 'support@acelogix.com'
