Junk Files - Seems to be slow

I run all my browsers in Sandboxie (http://www.sandboxie.com) and the most recent version (3.0) seems to create a lot more temp files than before. Example, I run a browser with about 30 tabs open and in a few hours I have 2000-5000 junk files.
AU is taking about 10-20 minutes to list all these files. I just tried CCleaner and it only takes a few seconds to list about 2200 files. Is there any way to speed up AU so it detects and lists the junk files faster?

That is strange. Ace should also take only a few seconds.

Please list some files below with full paths.

Problem in PC, not program

I think the problem is with my main computer, as I am now using my backup computer and the trial version of AU 3.31 runs fine. If my main computer had not broken I would not have known this. :)
