System TuneUp and DEP

Under Vista, System TuneUp and Registry Compactor arent compatible with DEP. Their executables have to be added to the exclusion list for them to launch.

We are aware of the issue. It is caused by a method we use to limit the program to 30 day use. Hopefully we can find a way around.
