lost registrationkey due to reformat

I had to reinstall Windows and now I've lost my registration key as well as my order nr. I've sent several email but so far no reply has come.

Your e-mail might not have reached the Support section or the Support response might have got lost in transit. Anyway, Acelogix support will look into this issue and get back to you as soon as possible, if it hasn't already.

An email has been sent to you. Some domains route Acelogix emails to bulk/spam folders. So be sure to check those folders too.
