how do i change any startup programs from starting.

At this point you can't since the program is in it's infancy. But the good news is that the program will be developed to include more functions.

If you mean how to stop apps from starting up, SG will automatically inform you when an app is added to the startup list, allowing you to disable it. So you don't have to do anything.
